Current-To-Frequency Converter Based Photometer Circuit

In this article, the design of a photometer circuit based on current-to-frequency converter is presented. This piecewise linear that makes most feedback to ensure relationship between input photocurrent and output frequency. Here, Proteus simulations were used verify performance proposed circuit, electronic experimental results shown be in total agreement. The showed rejected better additive white Gaussian noise signals than classic transimpedance amplifier. addition, despite more complex one, its high linearity, rejection, easy implementation make it suitable for applications where measurement precision rejection are paramount importance.
